if you work as a nurse in u.s do they 1st train u with their facilities

if you work as a nurse in u.s do they 1st train u with their facilities?
what if a nurse from a different country like in china. philippines, korea and etc. will work in u.s. with a different facilities, machines, and methods do they still train this other country nurses so that they will be able to learn how to use their facilities and etc.

The facility that hires you will train you on the job. They will teach you everything you need to know about their hospital. Good luck!

Most places that hire you will train you for 4-6 weeks to make sure that you know how to use all of the equipment correctly. You usually follow someone for a few weeks and then they follow you to make sure that you are doing things properly. In any case they do not just leave you to fend for youself. Hope this helps.
