The only way you might be able to get that info is if the ship maintains a web site. If you are looking for someone in particular and contact the ships' webmaster and they may pass a message on to whomever your looking for. Other wise, because of security issues you won't be able to get that info anywhere.

The USS Repose (AH-16) was ordered Tsingtao on 10 March 1945. She arrived the following day and returned to Shanghai on 18 March 1945. She returned to Tsingtao on 1 March 1947 and remained there as a hospital base until September 1948. The USS Repose carried a crew of 564 and a capacity for 800 patients. The USS Repose was known as the Angel of the Orient. Let's start on a list of navy nurses. I know Lieutenant Commander Elizabeth A. Nimits served on the USS Repose in Tsingtao. I would get in touch with Dave Lara who was in charge of the USS Repose Reunion in San Diego in 2005. He might have a list of nurses. About the best I can do. Cheers.
